The rules for shopping with TR Shop, in plain words: how orders, payment, delivery, cancellations and returns work.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use trshop.in or the TR Shop app and when you buy from TR Shop. By placing an order you accept them. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at support@trshop.in if you think someone else has used it.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include the taxes shown at checkout. Shipping is shown before you pay. An order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.
Made-to-order items are 3D-printed for you after you pay. The product page and your order show the date we promise to dispatch by.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). If a payment fails, no order is placed, and you can try again from the order.
5. Delivery
We deliver across India through delivery partners. Dates are estimates; you can follow your parcel from your order or on Track order.
6. Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as it hasn’t shipped and printing hasn’t started on a made-to-order item. A cancelled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.
7. Returns and refunds
You can ask to return an order within 7 days of delivery, from your order. Made-to-order items can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described. Once we approve a return and receive the item, we refund the original payment method.
8. Using the shop
Don’t misuse the shop: no automated scraping, no attempts to break its security, and no reviews that are false or abusive. The designs, photos and text on the shop belong to TR Shop.
9. Our responsibility
We do our best to describe products accurately. As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
10. Law, contact and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we update the date above. Questions: support@trshop.in.
Complaints about an order, a payment, a refund or the shop go to our Grievance Officer:
We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
